RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your order as much as we loved putting it together.
Since everything is made and packed with care, we keep things pretty simple:
🛍️ THE BASICS
We accept returns if:
- Your item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Your return is requested within 14 days of delivery
🚫 WHAT CAN’T BE RETURNED
- Stickers (all sticker sales are final 💖)
- Worn or used hats
- Items not in original condition
📦 DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If something isn’t right, don’t worry—I’ve got you!
Please email within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item
If your item is damaged or incorrect:
- I’ll cover return shipping
- You’ll receive a replacement or refund
🚚 RETURN SHIPPING
- If it’s my mistake (damaged/incorrect), I’ll take care of shipping
- If you’re returning for any other reason, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
💸 REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method.
